Shipping
All shipments are made from our office in Bucharest, Romania.
We ship worldwide.
We are using FAN Courier for Romania and DHL for international orders.
For Europe the shipment takes 24-48 working hours after your order is processed. However, as the shipment is a service carried out by third parties, we cannot guarantee that the time frame will be respected on every shipment.
If you live outside Europe, delivery time can vary between 2 and 7 working days.
All orders placed before 11am GMT +02:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11am GMT +02:00 will be dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some international orders may be delayed with couriers. We would recommend enquiring with your local delivery service as to whether this may affect you.
Ankho does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organize delivery.
For both Romania and worldwide orders, your products will be brought to your door. The courier will usually contact you on the provided phone number before delivery.
Orders in Romania – shipping is FREE.
Worldwide shipping – shipping costs 25 EUR.
After processing your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
All countries within the European Union are
shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne by you.
Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to ANKHO, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges
Here at ANKHO, we strive to exceed your expectations. Thus, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return. You can choose to get a full refund or exchange your product.
Conditions for returns:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it
- Item(s) must be clean, unworn or unused, with all their tags attached
- Item(s) must be free of make-up, deodorant marks, and fragrance free
Although it is not mandatory, we would appreciate it if you can send it back to us in its original packaging. It’s reusable and this way you contribute to less waste.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. Any items returned outside the 14 days return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return.
ANKHO reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

We’ll send you a return form to fill and a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your item won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange if it is worn or used, is missing the tags or has any type of damage. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The cost of the return is FREE in Romania.
For international returns or exchanges, you will have to cover the shipping cost. On final sale campaign the international returns are not accepted.
